When I was in LA for the Scripps show, Tom Muller, Christian Tedeschi, Nikki and I spent an afternoon gallery-hopping . . . the best thing we saw was Diane Landry's show at Solway Jones. The installation was poetic and odd and made you feel all of the tragedy of the world using umbrellas and harmonicas-- I'm not kidding. Check out a video of the piece on her website:

Also, we had a really delish lunch at Mozza, sitting next to Jennifer Beals (Flashdance and The L Word).
